Settlement Officer/Title Processor - Responsible for processing sales contracts received from REALTORS® from open to close. Ordered title abstracts, termite, well and septic inspections, house location and boundary surveys, and lender payoff statements. Prepared title insurance binders, deeds, and other documents such as, power of attorney documents and quitclaim deeds. Handled post-closing transactions to include final title policies and conducted residential settlements. Responsible for customer relations and service throughout the community.
